This was the second half of a two card order. This card was never delivered to me despite my attempts at contacting customer service. The other card was damaged/defective and should never have been mailed to a customer. So- that is a 100% fail on your part. I finally received a refund on my order. You sent me an email offering me 15% off my next order. Even if the discount was 99.9%- I still would not order from you again.

This is my 2nd year ordering this planner from them (usually purchased this brand in-store), and the shipping was quicker than I expected. The planner is high quality and well made, and holds up with daily use. I use this to keep track of my work and personal activities, and it has never led me astray.
I purchased this bookmark about 15 years ago from a well known bookstore. Recently it has started to come apart mostly around the kittens ears. I was so happy to see this bookmark is still being made. I will probably be purchasing another one soon.
