This was the second half of a two card order. This card was never delivered to me despite my attempts at contacting customer service. The other card was damaged/defective and should never have been mailed to a customer. So- that is a 100% fail on your part. I finally received a refund on my order. You sent me an email offering me 15% off my next order. Even if the discount was 99.9%- I still would not order from you again.
