Business Hours: Our hours of business are Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm ET. We ship orders on those days. Orders are not shipped out on weekends or holidays.
Standard order turnaround time: We pride ourselves on fast, efficient shipping and strive to ship within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order. Sometimes, we have a huge sale and it takes a day or 2 longer to ship. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please know that we haven’t forgotten you! *Please do not send us multiple emails asking where it is. This will only slow down our response time.
Domestic shipping: We use USPS to ship domestic orders and charge a flat rate, based on the $ value of your order, not the weight of the order.
International shipping: We have found that shipping internationally via USPS is not effective, as the packages are often “lost.” In order to safely deliver to you outside of the USA, we use UPS and the cost is based on the weight of the order, not the $ value. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes.
