Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order and send your confirmation email. During periods of high demand, such as a major sale, processing may take up to 4 days. Another email notification containing tracking information will be sent to you automatically when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the cost of your order, before sales tax, as follows:

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping costs are calculated by USPS and displayed in your cart based on the weight of your order and your destination zip code. 

Expedited shipping is offered as an option for customers who wish to lessen their shipping time. Please note: expedited shipping speeds up shipping time after orders leave our facility, but does not decrease the order processing time.

Free Local Pick-Up

Customers who live nearby can eliminate shipping fees with free local pickup at 160 Malden Turnpike Saugerties, NY 12477. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions for pickup. 

Our pickup hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped by UPS. International shipping costs are based on the weight and shipping distance of your order, rather than its cost. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Paper House Productions does not calculate, collect, nor pay these duties and taxes if they are applied by your country. The customer is solely responsible for paying all such duties and taxes.

How do I check the status of my order?

An email notification will be sent to you when your order has shipped. It will include a tracking number to check its shipping status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available from the carrier.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@paperhouseproductions with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging up to 30 days after delivery. We will refund the full purchase price of the merchandise, including sales tax. Shipping costs are not refundable.

In the event that your order arrives defective or damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@paperhouseproductions.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
