30-day return policy
We accept returns of unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging up to 30 days after delivery. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will refund the full purchase price of the merchandise, including sales tax. Shipping costs are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will replace defective merchandise at no cost to you. If the item is out of stock, it will be removed from your replacement order and you will not be charged.
Our shipping team ensures that orders leave our facility in excellent condition. Once an order ships, the condition of the order becomes the carrier’s responsibility. If your order becomes damaged in shipping, please contact the carrier (i.e. USPS or UPS) to make a claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Orders are typically processed the following business day. Therefore, the deadline for cancelling an Order is 11:59 PM on the same date that the Order was placed.
To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number.
We will reimburse you via the same means of payment as used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
